We are looking for a Business Development Consultant on either a full-time or part-time basis to help increase our volume of new business across Europe and the UK. You will be able to generate new leads and work collaboratively with the existing Business Development team to manage complex commercial negotiations. You will be expected to get up to speed very quickly.


What You’ll Do:

  • Identifying and engaging with companies that are potential clients for FUGA, actively utilising market information to guide you
  • Responsible for lead generation via existing contacts, networking and prospecting
  • Ensuring quality of opportunities
  • Delivering high-level FUGA company pitches and product presentations
  • Working collaboratively with the local Business Development team, aligning common activity and managing the sales process jointly to ensure deal completion
  • Regular reporting and insight sharing
  • Representing and champion FUGA in the region, including within personal network as well as at local conferences and events

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • Extensive experience in digital music distribution across the European market

  • Experience or knowledge of the physical distribution landscape

  • Extensive experience in new business generation, with an ability to proactively develop a sales pipeline

  • Able to connect with our company culture and our values

  • Highly adaptable, able to learn quickly and absorb both commercial and technical information

  • An extensive network of contacts across the European marketplace

  • Creative thinker with a can-do attitude

  • Tech savvy
