FUGA is seeking a self-motivated, hands-on, detailed-oriented and highly organised DSP Manager to join our Operations team in Amsterdam (this role could also be based in London). The successful candidate will help maintain, expand and improve the worldwide DSP network that FUGA works with and manage the day-to-day relationship with these DSP partners, working closely with the internal Operation teams and the wider technology group to analyse issues and propose solutions. If you have a technical and analytical mindset, are not afraid to deep dive into complex issues and have an affinity with music and tech, we look forward to welcoming you to our team. 


What You'll Do:

  • Be a point of contact for our existing DSP partners
  • Investigate, troubleshoot and where possible solve technical and operational issues related to our Digital Supply Chain and DSP connections
  • Act as an interface and point of contact between the Operations team and the Development and Product teams for DSP related issues
  • Coordinate and chair regular catch up and planning calls with our DSP partners
  • Escalate issues where appropriate and communicate effectively
  • Create support documentation, training guides and procedures for use internally and externally by clients
  • Be a source of knowledge within Operations to share information and train the broader team on DSP related activities
  • Work closely with FUGA Licensing team to manage and prioritise new DSP setup, as well as day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
  • Manage the onboarding process of new DSPs
  • Conducting business and operational reviews to ensure that FUGA’s relationship with its DSP partners is managed in the most effective and optimal way

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • Previous experience working in a digital supply chain

  • Passionate about the music industry with an understanding of music metadata

  • An independent worker / thinker / planner

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Organised and comfortable tracking and prioritising multiple issues

  • Able to work under pressure

  • A keen problem solver

  • Comfortable working in an agile environment

  • Fluent in English - written and verbal
