Global Business Development Operations Coordinator (Amsterdam)

Job description

FUGA, a leading digital music distribution platform headquartered in Amsterdam, is currently looking for a Global Business Development Operations Coordinator for our Business Development team. You will join our existing team and will be the first point of contact internally across the organization. This is a junior level position with an immense opportunity for growth.

What you do

The role is to support our global business development team with administration and streamlining of processes. A large portion of the role is interfacing between the global team and internal departments at HQ. Responsibilities will include supporting all global business development reps, administrative support, and improving organisation efficiency - aspects of the role include. While there is an administrative component to the role, we are searching for a candidate with experience in workflow improvements:

  • Improve CRM / ERP and other software integrations and workflows
  • Sourcing third party solutions where needed and ensuring adoption amongst the team
  • Act as a liaison between business development and internal departments such as finance and product teams
  • Create, update and implement departmental documentation, support and training guides/procedures
  • Administrative support, including scheduling, managing meetings, and team briefings
  • Work with our trends team + wider development teams to feedback internal updates and bugs to wider client base
  • Maintain client records in Netsuite and manage business development component of billing process


Who you are

You are tech savvy, communicative and have experience in ERP systems and an affinity for continuous operational improvements. The ideal candidate would have the following credentials:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 or more years experience with integrating systems and processes ERP/CRM systems -ideally Netsuite
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Google Suite
  • Self starter
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Tech savvy & a fast learner
  • Organised and comfortable tracking and prioritising multiple issues
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English - written and speaking
