Global Business Operations Coordinator (Amsterdam)

Job description

FUGA, a leading digital music distribution platform headquartered in Amsterdam, is currently looking for a Global Business Operations Coordinator. You will join our existing business development team and will be the first point of contact internally across the organization. This is a junior level position with an immense opportunity for growth in Operations.


What you do:

The internal facing role is to support our global business development team with administration and streamlining of processes. A large portion of the role is interfacing between the global team and internal departments at HQ. Responsibilities will include supporting all global business development reps, administrative support, and improving organization efficiency. Please note this is not a sales role. We are searching for a candidate with experience in workflow improvements, who will:

  • Drive internal process improvement projects, specifically focusing on CRM / ERP and other software integrations/workflows
  • Source third party solutions where needed and ensuring adoption amongst the team
  • Act as a liaison between the team and other internal departments, such as finance and product teams
  • Work with our finance team to ensure billing goes smoothly
  • Channel feature requests from the business development team to our product development teams
  • Maintain client records in Netsuite and improve the data entry/ data capture processes
  • Create, update and implement departmental documentation, support and training guides/procedures
  • Administrative support, including scheduling, managing meetings, and team briefings


Requirements

Who you are:

  • 2+ years experience establishing, improving and automating workflows
  • Tech savvy (experience with app script or similar is a plus) & a fast learner
  • Have experience in ERP/ CRM systems - ideally NetSuite - and an affinity for continuous operational improvements
  • Self starter
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organised and comfortable tracking and prioritising multiple issues
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Google Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Fluent in English - written and speaking
