We’re currently looking for an HR Business partner to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

In a business that’s rapidly growing, there are a lot of stories to tell. FUGA’s team has grown by more than 30% in the last year alone. Every month dozens of new forward-thinking music companies start working with us. Help us support, develop and grow an industry-leading team that will change the way the music industry works!

  • Support the Head of HR by deployment of global people initiatives and programs

  • Partner directly and effectively with other members of the HR team to help drive appropriate HR initiatives in a timely and professional manner.

  • Be a trusted advisor to managers and individual contributors on a day to day basis

  • Roll up your sleeves to execute a full range of HR duties from rolling out a training program to setting up contracts

  • Production of weekly and monthly reports and analysis on key HR data to include absence, KPI’s and demographics

  • Provide advice and support with regards to employment policies and procedures that are specific to FUGA’s business and Culture.

  • Build a practice of using data to guide decision making and optimize organizational health

  • Support the Head of HR by deployment of global people initiatives and programs

  • Partner directly and effectively with other members of the HR team to help drive appropriate HR initiatives for the division in a timely and professional manner.

  • Be a trusted advisor to managers and individual contributors

  • Assist with updating company documents as and when necessary to ensure that documents comply with current legislation

  • Participate in local site and HR ad hoc projects

  • Actively participate in annual budget planning/staffing forecasting process

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with employees at various levels

  • Strong competency within the HR function, including demonstration of experience across countries

  • Demonstrates a strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable to work independently

  • Able to dive deep into data and get to root causes of issues

  • Fluent in English
