We are looking for a Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our  teams.

The team currently consists of two, and we are looking to add magic number three! You will work alongside our Head of People, and an HR Generalist. In your role you will partner closely with the hiring managers. This will vary from team lead to c-level, depending on the department you're going to recruit for. You will be recruiting across all of our departments where there is a hiring need.


We are looking for an eager recruiter that wants to own the process from start to finish and be responsible for all parts of the recruitment life cycle, including: resume review, sourcing, driving a strong and diverse candidate pipeline, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and managing the full process from application to offer signing.


You will be responsible for:

  • Source and identify passive talent
  • Perform screenings
  • Offer negotiations and closing candidates
  • Writing and posting job descriptions
  • Ensure a smooth, positive and consistent candidate experience.
  • Facilitate an efficient process from start to finish
  • Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Compose job offer letters in cooperation with the Head of HR
  • Work with relevant teams to onboard new hires

Requirements

  • You have to be based in or around Amsterdam
  • 3+ Years experience with recruiting end-to-end (in house or agency)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and relevant labor laws and regulations in the Netherlands
  • Nice-to-have: Music industry affinity
  • Nice-to-have: Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT role
