Key responsibilities:

  • Support FUGA’s organisation, business development team, and senior executives in the EMEA team
  • Manage team meetings and schedule client facing meetings, including notes, agendas, and follow ups
  • Draft and prepare correspondence for internal team and external client meetings
  • Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organisation
  • Arrange and book travel and accommodation for executives

  • Organise and manage the calendars and schedules of senior executives; resolving any scheduling issues

  • Support with office, HR, financial, banking and other administrative tasks

  • Prepare expense reports

  • Screen incoming telephone calls and emails; take and deliver accurate messages

  • Respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, international environment

  • Strong time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
