We are scaling the product & technology organization and are looking for an experienced technology recruiter to help us creatively find, attract, engage, and hire the best talent for FUGA. This is a culture building role and will be reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer.

In this role, you will improve and optimise hiring processes and foster best practices that enhance the experiences of hiring managers and candidates alike. You are adaptable and collaborative — when goals change, you know when to take the lead and when to support the needs of your team.

As a Technical Recruiter at FUGA, you will:

  • Build collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring goals and develop recruiting strategies to effectively meet them.

  • Source, manage, evaluate, and close a high-performing set of candidates for a variety of roles across our Product and Engineering teams; advocacy for diversity, equity, and inclusion in this role is a must.

  • Work with the Product and Engineering team on a variety of projects that supports the whole teams’ goals (e.g. training, employer brand work, sourcing strategies, events).

  • Continuously evaluate the efficacy of our processes and drive operational improvements, including building scalable and structured interviewing plans for all of our openings.

  • 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, including scale up experience

  • Experience with application tracking systems - you believe in meticulous candidate notes and know that excellent database hygiene leads to accurate reporting

  • Experience with LinkedIn and recruiting automation tools

  • Flexible and motivated to help build something awesome and share it with the world

  • Bold and self-aware, you’re a clear communicator with empathy towards the people you work with

  • Experience with recruiting internationally

  • Showcases exceptional project management skills, independent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to collaborate with others and to work in a fast-paced environment
