Our People Team is looking for a HR professional to support the global benefit and payroll processes of our employees. You will ensure we meet all responsibilities in processing company payrolls, maintaining relationships with providers and administering benefits for a growing global business. You will be end-to-end responsible for the payroll process; acting as the first point of contact for internal and external payroll and benefit queries and ensuring our payroll providers receive the necessary data in good time for processing and reviewing payroll.
What You'll Do:
Assist employees in answering any relevant questions regarding benefits, payroll, policies and procedures
Organise, update and maintain personnel files
Identify training needs and work with the People Team to facilitate
Administer the time and attendance policy and paid leave policy for all employees
Assist with the coordination of the new employee onboarding process and deliver the benefits presentations to ensure employees gain an understanding of benefit plans and enrolment provisions
Assist the Global Head of People with the planning and administering of annual harassment training globally
Review monthly benefit invoices for accuracy and approve for payment in a timely manner. Resolve discrepancies with carriers and payroll
Conduct annual review of current benefits and work with the global People Team to create a best in class program
Prepare statistical summaries and reports from the HRIS involving payroll information, performance management, demographic data and other employee data, requiring knowledge of the various Human Resources disciplines
Complete any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Our UK Generalist position requires a candidate that can multitask, has excellent communication skills and “a can” do attitude.
Who You Are:
Previous experience with UK and International Payroll, HRIS and benefit processes
A strong understanding of all local statutory legislation that directly relates to payroll function, including tax and other statutory payments
Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently with great attention to detail
Knowledge of Employment Law in various countries
Strong knowledge of Excel
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English
